Touch Sensor for 230V Connection
Touch sensor for connection to 230V. For controlling shutters, blinds, and other slow electric motors with a 230V connection. The device remains hidden behind the touch panel and reliably responds to finger proximity. A gentle tap is enough.

Installation / Technical Details:
- Short press for fully automatic opening or closing.
- The process can be interrupted at any point.
- The shutter touch sensor includes all functions in one device: Open - Stop - Close.
- Each wall box can optionally hold 1 touch sensor in the middle, or 2 touch sensors side by side. For 1 shutter, 1 touch sensor is required.
- Installation in standard flush-mounted or cavity wall boxes.
- Required depth of wall box: At least 45 mm.
- 3-wire connection: Neutral wire required.
- 2 relay outputs. N0, 2A, 230V. Monostable or bistable mode selectable.
- Different touch sensors with various functions can be combined behind a common touch panel. Available touch devices include touch light switches, touch dimmers, touch momentary switches, and touch shutter controls.
- The sensor responds to proximity approximately 2 mm above the front panel.
- Built-in LED (constantly illuminated).
Why Are Three Wires Required?
- The neutral wire (N) is necessary to supply power to the touch sensor itself. Many electronic switches and sensors require a continuous power supply to function, which is achieved by connecting both the live and neutral wires.
- The live wire (L) provides the necessary voltage to switch the load (e.g., a lamp).
- The switching wire (L' or L-out) is required to connect the live wire to the load when the touch sensor is activated. Without this wire, the sensor would not be able to switch the lamp on or off.
5-Year Warranty - WARRANTY STATEMENT:
ROHDE+ROHDE provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will replace a defective product with a faultless product, provided there is a material or manufacturing defect. A purchase receipt is required to claim the warranty. This warranty is valid only for customers located within the European Union. Should a defect occur unexpectedly, please send the defective item, a copy of the receipt, a brief description of the fault, and your address to ROHDE+ROHDE®. The warranty provider is ROHDE+ROHDE Ursula Rohde, David-Gilly-Strasse 1, D-14469 Potsdam, Germany. The warranty does not cover: malfunctions or damage due to incorrect connection, overvoltage in the power supply, incorrect handling during installation, atypical temperatures or humidity levels. Also excluded from the warranty are signs of wear such as scratches or cracks, damage caused by external influences such as bending, dropping, excessive heat exposure, mechanical impacts, or the use of cleaning agents. Only water without additives and a soft cloth should be used to clean the front panels and frames. Additionally, you have statutory consumer rights regarding defects. These rights can be exercised independently of and in addition to our warranty.
